Citizen input needed

Santa Cruz Sentinel, 12/13/13

Bureaucrat Donna Meyers states she "is not willing to hand over the heritage of our native fish populations and our water supply to an advisory group that has no expertise." My question is: What water supply, and where have the experts been for the last 30 years -- building condos and giving civil rights to fish? It's time for democracy to start working toward getting enough water to match the county population growth. The more citizens on the water advisory committee the better. Bureaucrats need not apply.
